Small business websites, landing pages, and AI automation in Connecticut

Somebody looked you up last night. Your website is what they found.

Websites, landing pages, and AI automation for Connecticut businesses. Built by one guy in New Milford. You call him, not an account manager.

Built Here, Not Outsourced

No guarantee of customers, leads, rankings, or revenue, and nobody honest can give you one. What you get is a system built around your business, with your domain, your accounts, and your customer data in your name. Who holds the build itself, owned outright or built and managed by me, is written into your scope before you pay.

Book a call, tell me where customers slip away

2 minutes. Tell me what you do and where people drop off. I’ll come to the call with ideas built around your business, no obligation.

By submitting you agree to be contacted about your inquiry. No spam; reply STOP anytime. No obligation. How your details are handled is in the privacy policy.

The problem

Most businesses lose customers in the gaps.

It’s rarely the marketing. It’s everything in between: the person who looked you up and couldn’t tell if you were still in business, the call you couldn’t grab, the lead nobody followed up with, the schedule you rebuilt by hand. Every one of those was someone you had a real shot at.

They check you out first

Before anyone calls, they look you up. If the site is slow, dated, or missing, they decide something about you right there, and you never hear about it.

Leads slip through

Calls go to voicemail during jobs, web inquiries sit overnight, and follow-up depends on someone remembering. The opportunity is gone before you call back.

The business runs on you

Quotes, intake, scheduling, data entry, reporting, approvals. When the back office is all manual, growth just means more on your plate, and the follow-up is the first thing to go.

What I build

Three services. Start with the one costing you customers.

A website, landing pages, and AI automation. Each one stands alone. Together they cover the whole path from someone looking you up to someone booked in. On the call I pick the order.

1

Websites

The site people land on when they look up your name, on your own domain.

What you get

  • Your own domain and your own site, fast on a phone
  • The pages people actually look for: what you do, where you work, how you price, who you are, how to reach you
  • A contact form that hits your phone and your email, with a record of every inquiry you keep
  • Copy and photos about your actual work, not stock filler
  • Your Google Business Profile checked against the site, so the phone, hours, and service area match in both places
  • Separate service pages and town pages when they earn their place

The honest limit

  • A website is not an ad campaign. It works on people who are already looking for you
  • No one can sell you a search ranking or a date for one, and I will not pretend otherwise
  • It will not fix a phone nobody can answer. That is the automation lane
  • Online stores and custom software are scoped separately, never assumed

Best for businesses with no site, a site that is slow or broken on a phone, or a site locked inside a platform or an old vendor you cannot get into.

2

Landing pages

One page, one offer, one form, for the traffic you are already paying for.

What you get

  • A single page built around one offer, with the form above the fold
  • Every inquiry to your phone, your email, and a record you own
  • Tracking, so you can tell which ad, mailer, QR code, or sponsorship sent the person
  • Copy written for that one offer, not for your whole business
  • A page per offer or per season, instead of sending paid clicks to a homepage with ten things on it

The honest limit

  • A landing page converts traffic you send. It does not create traffic
  • I build the page. I do not buy or manage your ads
  • It is not a website and it does not replace one
  • No conversion rate is promised. That depends on your offer, your price, and your follow-up

Best for anyone spending money on ads, mailers, QR codes, or sponsorships, and anyone pushing one seasonal offer or one service line.

3

AI automation

The part that answers, follows up, and books while you are on a job.

A

Leads & customers

Catch every lead, respond instantly, follow up automatically, and book appointments, so nothing slips between the click and your call-back. Missed-call text-back, instant replies, follow-up sequences, booking, and review requests, all in one place.

B

Team & scheduling

Build employee schedules, send shift reminders and confirmations, track time-off and availability, and assign jobs, without the endless back-and-forth or a whiteboard nobody updates.

C

Operations & admin

Quotes, intake forms, data entry, syncing between your tools, reporting, approvals, and invoice reminders, the repetitive internal work, connected and running on its own in the background.

What you get

  • A missed call answered by text in seconds, while they are still holding the phone
  • An 11pm web inquiry that gets a real reply and a booking link before the front desk clocks in
  • Follow-up that runs whether or not anyone remembers
  • Reminders, confirmations, thank-yous, and review requests after the job
  • Staff schedules, shift confirmations, and a fill request when someone drops
  • One view of every lead, job, and source, with a weekly summary
  • Built on the phone, CRM, and tools you already pay for, wherever I can

The honest limit

  • Automation does not sell for you and it does not replace a person
  • If the offer or the price is the problem, automation makes the problem faster, not smaller
  • It handles the first ten seconds and the boring parts. The work is still yours
  • Integrations are confirmed on the call, before anything gets built

Best for businesses that run on calls, jobs, and follow-up, where the phone rings while you are under a sink, on a roof, or with a client.

Start with one, expand from there. Most businesses begin with whatever is costing the most customers or the most hours. On the call, I find that first, then build out from it. These systems help you get found, capture, route, follow up, organize, and streamline; they support your team, they don’t replace judgment.

I don’t guess. I find where the work is slipping out, then build that piece first.

A short call first, so what I build fits your business instead of forcing your business to fit a template.

Book a call. Tell me what you do and where people drop off: they can’t find you, the site is old, the calls get missed, the follow-up never happens, or all of it.
I map where it’s leaking. I find where customers, time, and money are actually slipping, and what is worth building first.
I build it. A site, a landing page, an automation, or all three, wired to the phone, forms, and tools you already use. You approve it before it goes live.
It runs, and I improve it. The system works in the background, and I tune and expand it as your business grows.
Who it’s for

Built for service businesses that run on calls, jobs, and follow-up.

Home services & trades

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, remodeling, anywhere a missed call is a lost job.

Health, wellness & pro services

Dental, med spas, clinics, fitness, law, accounting, agencies, consultants, booking, intake, and follow-up handled.

Teams that schedule & dispatch

Restaurants, retail, auto, multi-tech crews, and real estate teams, staff scheduling and operations that stop eating your week.

Not for everyone. If a $99 template does the job, take the $99 template. I build for owners who have already lost work to a bad front door.

In the real world

What this actually looks like.

Six ordinary moments where a customer is either kept or lost, and what the system does in each one.

The missed call

A roofer can’t answer mid-job. Ten seconds later the caller gets a text: “Sorry I missed you, what’s going on with your roof?” The conversation starts before they call a competitor.

The overnight lead

A med spa gets a web inquiry at 11pm. The lead gets an instant reply, a booking link, and a morning reminder, booked before the front desk clocks in.

The staff schedule

A clinic’s shifts build from availability, confirmations go out automatically, and a no-show triggers a fill request, instead of an hour of texting every week.

The finished job

A contractor wraps a job; two hours later the customer gets a thank-you, a review request, and an invoice reminder, no one had to remember.

The intake pile

A law firm’s requests feed one dashboard, route to the right person, and start a follow-up sequence, so nothing sits and goes cold.

The blind spot

Every lead, job, and source lands in one view with a weekly summary, so you can finally see what’s working without digging.

Illustrative examples of the kinds of systems I build, not specific client results or a guarantee. Every build is tailored to your business.

The work

Real sites, live right now.

Not mockups. Every screenshot below was taken from the published page and links straight to it. Open any of them and judge for yourself.

Home page of My Executive Career Coach, a nationwide executive career coaching site
Featured build

My Executive Career Coach

Linda Van Valkenburgh coaches senior executives across the country. Her site came off WordPress onto Cloudflare as a fast static build, with the old URL map carried across so links she had already earned still work. If you already have a website and your worry is losing what it has built up, this is that exact job.

“Connor did far more than build a beautiful new website from scratch. He took the time to understand my brand, my voice, my audience, and the experience I wanted prospective clients to have from the moment they arrived. … In less than two weeks, the new website generated more than 10 inbound prospects, all closely aligned with my target executive demographic. I have never experienced this level of qualified response from a website before.”Linda Van Valkenburgh, CEO and Founder, My Executive Career Coach

Her own words about her own site, sent 17 Sep 2026. Her experience, not a promise; results depend on the business and are never guaranteed.

Home page of Monica Palmerie, a Connecticut home value seller funnel
Single offer landing page

Monica Palmerie, Connecticut REALTOR

A one page build on a single offer: what is your Connecticut home worth. The form sits above the fold and the inquiry goes straight to her. The same shape works for a free estimate, a seasonal service, or a quote request.

"I had a great experience working with Agent Funnel Works on my business landing page. They were professional, responsive, and really took the time to understand my brand and goals. The final page looks fantastic and has given my business a much more polished online presence."Monica Palmerie, Realtor, ctrealtormonica.com

Who builds this

You can call the person who built it.

AgentFunnelWorks is Connor Kostyra, working out of New Milford and serving western Connecticut and the rest of the state. No account manager, no ticket queue, no handoff to someone you never met.

I run it on my own businesses first

The site, the capture, the tracking, the follow-up: all of it runs on my own live pages before I offer it to anyone else. Lakeside Watersports and candlewoodlakeagent.com are mine.

One person, start to finish

The person who scopes it is the person who builds it and the person who picks up when something breaks. Nothing gets lost in a handoff, because there is no handoff.

Local, and reachable

Based in New Milford, working across Danbury, Brookfield, New Fairfield, Sherman, Bethel, Newtown, Ridgefield, Southbury, Roxbury, Washington, Kent, Litchfield, and statewide. Meet in person if you’d rather.

Tell me where people drop off. I will tell you what I would build first.

Fifteen minutes. I look at your site and your phone, and tell you what I’d fix first.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Will this get me more customers?

Nobody can promise you that, and I won’t. What I build are the pieces that decide whether someone who is already looking can find you, reach you, and hear back: a site that holds up, a page built around one offer, and a system that answers and follows up fast. What that produces depends on your market, your offer, your price, and your own follow-up.

Is this just for real estate?

No. AgentFunnelWorks started by building trackable lead pages for real estate agents, which is where the name comes from. The same websites, landing pages, and automation work for any local service business. The real estate memberships are a separate track with their own published pricing.

What if I already have a website?

Then I start with what it’s already doing. Sometimes the answer is keep it and add one landing page for the campaign you’re running. Sometimes it’s slow, dated, or locked inside a platform you can’t get into, and rebuilding is the cheaper move. If your current site is dated, I rebuild it and map your existing URLs across, the way I did on myexecutivecareercoach.com, so the links you already earned are carried over instead of dropped. You get a straight answer on the call, including when the answer is leave it alone.

Who owns the website, the domain, and the customer data?

Your domain, your accounts, your content, and every customer record are yours, and you can export them whenever you want. How the build itself is held, owned outright or built and managed by me, is written into the scope before any work starts, so you know before you pay.

Am I locked in?

No long lock-in. Business work is scoped per project on the call, and what’s included, what it costs, and what happens if you walk away are in writing before you pay. If I’m managing something month to month, you can stop and take your accounts and your data with you.

What does it cost?

Business work is quoted after the call, because a one-page build and a full site with automation are not the same job. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing before anything starts. The monthly plans published on this site are for the real estate agent track, not for business builds.

How long does it take?

Most focused builds launch within a few days, and a single page is often live in 24 hours. A larger site or a multi-part automation takes longer. You get a clear timeline once the scope is set, and the clock starts when I have what I need from you.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. I build it, wire it up, and walk you through it in plain language. You approve; I handle the setup. If you want to make small edits yourself later I’ll show you how, and if you’d rather never touch it, that’s fine too.

Do I need all three, or can I start with one?

Start with one. Most businesses start with whatever is costing them the most: a site that’s embarrassing them, or a phone nobody can get to during the workday. I find that on the call and build out from there.

Will it work with my current phone, CRM, and tools?

In most cases, yes. I build around your existing setup wherever I can, and confirm the specifics on the call before anything is built.

Do you run my ads?

No. I build the page or the site your ads point at, and I set up the tracking so you can see what your ad money actually did. Ad buying and ad management are not part of this.

Does this replace my staff?

No. It makes sure nothing falls through the cracks so your team can focus on the work only people can do. It’s a safety net and an accelerator, not a replacement.

What happens after it’s live?

I monitor and optimize the system, tuning follow-ups, adding automations, and reporting on what’s working as you grow.

No false promises. I don’t guarantee customers, leads, search rankings, or revenue, and I won’t sell you something you don’t need. I find where you’re losing people, build the piece that closes that gap, and hand you something you own: your domain, your accounts, and your data.

Send me your website and your phone number. I will tell you what is leaking.

One call. Tell me what you do and where people slip away. You get the plan either way.
