AgentFunnelWorks is a managed marketing service. We build, host, monitor, and improve custom lead-capture landing pages ("Funnels") for real estate agents under the plan you purchase (Launch, Growth, or Market Dominator). We do not provide IDX or MLS search, a full website replacement, a CRM, legal advice, brokerage services, or advertising management unless separately purchased. We make no guarantee of leads, conversions, closings, rankings, or revenue, and nothing in these terms or in any AgentFunnelWorks material may be read as such a guarantee.
Your plan's exact entitlements (number of active pages, monthly grouped edit requests, new pages, tracking, reporting, and refresh schedule) are listed on the Plans page at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these terms. The following definitions control in every case:
Minor edit: a change to text, an image swap, a button or link, a testimonial, or a phone/price update within an existing section, up to one (1) hour of work. Grouped request: one request form submission containing up to five (5) related minor edits, performed as one batch. New section, new page, redesign, custom application, or integration work beyond your plan is out of scope and is quoted separately at $150/hour (one-hour minimum), approved in writing before work begins. Emergency: the AgentFunnelWorks-managed page, form, SSL, or hosting is broken; a preference for faster turnaround is not an emergency. Unlimited minor edits (Market Dominator): minor edits only, one active request at a time, in the normal queue; no redesigns, no custom applications, no same-day commitment; unused capacity has no cash or credit value and does not roll over. Unused requests on any plan do not roll over and have no cash value.
We acknowledge requests within one (1) business day. Routine minor edits go live within three (3) business days (two (2) on Market Dominator). Emergencies are triaged within one (1) business day. Support is provided through the request form and email only; no telephone service level is offered.
Your membership renews automatically. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year, at the then-applicable rate, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time as described in Section 7, and cancellation is as easy as signup: one email or one request-form submission. The renewal terms, price, and cancellation method are disclosed at checkout before you pay.
The one-time activation fee covers intake, scoping, design, build, two revision rounds, and launch of your initial Funnel. Annual plans include the activation fee. Founding members' subscription rates are locked for twenty-four (24) months of continuous subscription; a lapse in payment or a cancellation ends the lock. Otherwise we may change subscription pricing with at least thirty (30) days' written notice, effective at your next renewal. Out-of-scope work is billed at $150/hour (one-hour minimum), quoted first. Rush scheduling, where available, is $250. Taxes, if applicable, are additional.
Fees are billed in advance through Stripe, and charges appear on your card statement as AGENTFUNNELWORKS (AgentFunnelWorks is a service of that LLC). If a payment fails: (a) Stripe retries for approximately fourteen (14) days; (b) from day fifteen (15) the account is past due and all requests, reports, and refreshes pause; (c) from day thirty (30) we may suspend the account and replace or unpublish the hosted Funnel; (d) at day forty-five (45) the membership is treated as canceled under Section 8. You remain responsible for amounts owed for service periods that began before cancellation. We never delete your lead data for nonpayment.
Cancel anytime by emailing connor@connorcthomes.com or submitting the request form with the word "cancel." Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period (month or prepaid year). No partial-period refunds are given. Annual plans run through the end of the prepaid year and are not refunded on early cancellation, except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your membership, with notice, if: (a) payment fails per Section 6; (b) you materially breach these terms; (c) you request or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that violates real estate advertising or fair housing rules and decline to correct it; (d) you initiate a payment dispute on a charge made under a then-active agreement without first contacting us; or (e) your use of edit requests substantially exceeds fair use after written warning. On termination for cause, the license in Section 10 ends immediately; the export and archive rights in Section 9 still apply.
Within seven (7) days of the cancellation effective date, we deliver your export: your lead records (CSV and/or your own Google Sheet, which you already own), your supplied assets, and a PDF/screenshot copy of your Funnel pages. Your hosted Funnel remains live for a thirty (30) day grace window after the effective date, then is unpublished. We archive the project for ninety (90) days after unpublishing, during which you may reactivate without a new activation fee. After the archive period the project files may be deleted. Domain records we manage are disconnected cleanly; your domain and registrar account are always yours.
You own: your domain, your logos, headshots, and supplied content, all leads and customer data generated by your Funnel, and your exports. We own: the AgentFunnelWorks framework, templates, source code, shared components, hosting and deployment infrastructure, internal automations, and all other intellectual property, including in the customized Funnel we build for you. While your membership is active and paid, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the use of your customized hosted Funnel. The license ends when the membership ends. We may reuse our frameworks, templates, components, and know-how for any customer. We may reference your Funnel as a portfolio example; testimonials are used only with your permission and verbatim.
At any time, you may purchase a permanent copy of your customized Funnel (static export, your assets, and a walkthrough) for the greater of twelve (12) times your current monthly rate or the published plan floor ($1,800 Launch / $3,000 Growth / from $6,000 Market Dominator, quoted). Active members receive a credit equal to 20% of their last six months of subscription fees toward a buyout. A buyout transfers the customized site copy; it does not transfer AgentFunnelWorks templates, frameworks, or the right to resell them. Post-buyout support beyond thirty (30) days of transition is billed hourly.
You confirm that all information you provide is accurate; that all photos, logos, and testimonials you supply are owned by or licensed to you; that you hold an active real estate license and will keep your license and brokerage details current with us; and that you are responsible for your brokerage's advertising rules, including obtaining broker approval before running paid traffic to your Funnel. You are solely responsible for claims you ask us to publish. If your license or brokerage status changes, tell us within ten (10) business days so compliance language can be corrected.
(a) 7-Day Launch Promise: if the first version of your Funnel is not live within seven (7) business days after we receive your completed intake, assets, brokerage information, and required access, your first month is credited (or refunded at your choice if you prefer to cancel before launch). (b) Working Funnel Guarantee: if AgentFunnelWorks-managed hosting, SSL, or a form breaks because of our system, we repair it within one (1) business day of your report or issue a proportionate service credit. (c) Approval Guarantee: two revision rounds are included before initial launch. These credits are your exclusive remedies for the matters they cover.
Except as stated in Section 13, the service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for third-party platforms (Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Stripe, Web3Forms, Mailchimp, Follow Up Boss, registrars) or for outcomes of your marketing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost commissions.
You will defend and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of content you supplied, claims you directed us to publish, your violation of advertising or fair-housing rules, or your breach of these terms.
Contact us first; we resolve billing problems fast. A chargeback filed on a valid charge without first contacting us is a material breach: we may suspend the account immediately and recover the disputed amount, dispute fees, and reasonable costs.
AgentFunnelWorks is an independent offering of Connor CT Homes LLC and is not a RE/MAX Rise or RE/MAX LLC product, program, partnership, or endorsement. Connor Kostyra is a Connecticut-licensed real estate salesperson; this service is a marketing service, not brokerage activity.
These terms are governed by Connecticut law, venue in Connecticut. We may update these terms with thirty (30) days' notice; continued subscription after the effective date is acceptance. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand. These terms plus your checkout disclosures and the Plans page are the entire agreement.
