AgentFunnelWorks builds real estate landing pages and lead-capture funnels (and, by package, tracking, email automation, and ad-campaign setup). We do not provide IDX or MLS search, a full website, a CRM, ad management (unless separately scoped), or any guarantee of leads, conversions, ranking, or revenue.
Deliverables are defined by the package you purchase (see Packages). Work outside that scope is a written change order at $150/hour (1-hour minimum), approved before work begins. Each build includes one round of revisions.
Builds are 50% deposit to start and 50% at handoff, or paid in full. The deposit reserves your slot; work begins once your intake and required access are received and scope is confirmed. See the Refund Policy.
You provide accurate information, brand assets you own or are licensed to use, account access, and your broker's required compliance details and approval. You are responsible for your brokerage's advertising rules and for any claims you ask us to publish.
You own your domain, accounts, content, and leads. We act as an administrator on your accounts only during the build and any active maintenance, and resign that access on completion or cancellation. We retain the right to reuse our underlying templates, code, and methods.
Pages include a compliance footer and Equal Housing Opportunity statement. You and your broker are responsible for the accuracy of license, brokerage, and disclosure information and for final approval before any page is advertised.
We make no representation regarding lead volume, conversions, ranking, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected build. We are not liable for third-party platforms (e.g., Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Mailchimp, Web3Forms, Stripe).
The optional Monthly Maintenance Plan is scoped (one request/month, up to one hour of edits) and month-to-month; see the Maintenance page. It is not unlimited support.
