When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone, brokerage, and your campaign details) and basic analytics data (such as pages viewed and traffic source via UTM tags and cookies/pixels).
To respond to your inquiry, scope and build your project, process payment, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
This site and the pages we build may use analytics and advertising tools — for example Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel — to measure traffic and conversions. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
We rely on third-party processors including Web3Forms (form delivery), Google and Meta (analytics/advertising), Mailchimp (email), Cloudflare (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Payments are processed by Stripe; your card statement shows the charge as AGENTFUNNELWORKS (AgentFunnelWorks is a service of that LLC). Your data is handled under their respective privacy terms.
We keep the information you submit for as long as you are a member and as needed to provide the service. If your membership ends, we deliver your export within seven (7) days, keep your hosted pages live for a thirty (30) day grace window, and archive project files for ninety (90) days before deletion, consistent with our Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Lead data your Funnel generates belongs to you; it lives in your own Google Sheet and is never sold, and is not deleted by us for nonpayment.
