The build deposit reserves your slot and covers intake, scoping, and the start of work. It is non-refundable once build work has begun. If we are unable to deliver your build, the deposit is refundable less any work already performed.
The remaining balance is due at handoff, after the build passes quality assurance. You may pay the balance by bank transfer (no card fee) or card.
Work outside your package scope is quoted as a change order ($150/hour, 1-hour minimum) and approved in writing before work begins. Approved change-order work is non-refundable once performed.
The Monthly Maintenance Plan is month-to-month. You may cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. The current month is non-refundable; on cancellation we resign admin access within 5 business days and you keep everything (domain, accounts, page, leads).
