One email to connor@connorcthomes.com or one request-form submission saying "cancel." That's it. No phone call required, no retention hoops. We confirm in writing within one (1) business day with your effective date, export date, and unpublish date.
Within seven (7) days of your effective date: your lead records (CSV and/or the Google Sheet you already own), your supplied assets, and a PDF/screenshot copy of your pages. Your page stays live for thirty (30) days after the effective date, then is unpublished. The project is archived for ninety (90) days; reactivate in that window with no new activation fee. Your domain always stays yours.
Activation pays for real work performed up front: intake review, scoping, design, build, two revision rounds, and launch. Once that work has begun, the fee is earned whether or not you continue.
Guarantee remedies are service credits applied to your next invoice unless this policy states a refund option. Credits have no cash value and expire if the membership ends.
If you purchased a one-time build before the membership existed, your original agreement stands unchanged: you own what you bought, and any legacy $200/month maintenance arrangement continues on its original scope until you choose to change it. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you already purchased.
