  • Not unlimited revisions or redesigns — one round is included; later changes are a scoped change order
  • Not on-call support by random call or text — update requests run through the form
  • Not a full multi-page website — these are conversion landing pages; extra pages are a separate build

Wire capture, routing, and source tracking. The lead form, instant notification, your Google Sheet (or your CRM), and UTM source tracking get connected and tested — by package tier.
Leads route to you, tagged by source. When a lead comes in, it lands with you and in your records, labeled by where it came from — so you can see what’s working.
Optional monthly upkeep keeps it current. Add the Monthly Maintenance Plan for ongoing edits and checks, or take the keys and run it yourself — you own everything either way.
Monthly Maintenance Plan — $200/mo (optional, add to any package). Scoped maintenance, not unlimited support: one monthly update request via form (up to 1 hour of minor edits), a monthly site/form check, and a basic performance snapshot. One-time build, optional monthly upkeep. Each package price above is a one-time build cost — you pay once to design, build, and launch your page. Once it’s live it’s yours to keep: your domain, your accounts, your leads. The only ongoing cost is the optional Monthly Maintenance Plan above, and only if you want it — add, pause, or cancel it anytime. A one-time build covers the page in your agreed scope plus one revision round; later redesigns or new pages are quoted separately.
FAQ

Before you pick a package.

Is this a website, or a landing page?

A landing page — one focused page built to turn traffic into a captured lead. It feeds the website you already have rather than replacing it, and it is not IDX/MLS search. Your site builds credibility; this is the page you point campaign traffic at.

Do I need to run ads for this to work?

No. The page captures any traffic you send it — open houses, social, your email signature, QR codes, and past-client and referral traffic all work the same way. Ads are just one source. From the Campaign package up, tracking shows you which source actually worked.

Do you guarantee leads or closings?

No. We don't guarantee lead volume, closings, sale price, revenue, or ad results — this is a marketing tool, not a promise of business. What we do is build the page and follow-up so you capture and convert traffic better than what most agents point their traffic at today. Results depend on your traffic, market, and offer.

Will I get locked in?

No lock-in. You own the domain, the page, the accounts, and the leads — everything sits under your name. The optional Monthly Maintenance Plan is month-to-month: cancel anytime and you keep everything.

Do I need my own domain or a CRM?

A domain, ideally — you own it and the page lives there; if you don't have one yet, we'll help you get one in your name. A CRM is optional. By default leads reach you by instant email notification; from the Campaign package up, every lead also writes to a Google Sheet you own, and we can often route them into your CRM too.

What happens after I start a build?

You send a short intake. We confirm scope and timeline within one business day, then build. You review a preview — one revision round is included — approve it, and we launch on your domain and hand it off. Builds run deposit-to-start, balance-at-handoff.
